#Dhothi Snatchers united.
K. Muraleedharan and Rajmohan Unnithan, once infamous for their public spat culminating in the disgraceful "dhothi-snatching" episode, now united. They seem to have found common ground in launching baseless attacks on Shashi Tharoor.
Their sudden unity reeks of political insecurity rather than ideological conviction. Neither commands substantial influence within the Congress today both have reduced themselves to loud, ornamental voices with little weight in party affairs. In contrast, Tharoor brings intellectual gravitas, global experience, and a dignified public image. Ofcourse these qualities the Congress desperately needs.
Tharoor's pointed response:“Who are they to question me?, is not arrogance but a valid retort to political pygmies trying to pull down a leader who still commands respect both within and outside the party.
