Sprinklr data is intact in Amazon Cloud and it would never leak. This was the argument of some channel woodheads in public domain. But it went wrong. The leakage of data has happened. It shows smugness and indifference of the Government of Kerala.

The details of COVID-19 patients including their phone numbers were leaked in both Kannur and Kasaragod. The patients were contacted by Bangalore based hospitals regarding the follow up treatment. Sprinklr is collecting the data of the patients and those under observation. This shows the irresponsibility of the government in protecting people's private information
