In this country many a girl are brutally raped, killed
and left unknown. The ill-fated girl of Delhi has become a cause for the Government
to wake up and frame proper rules in dealing with rape occurrences. Hence I agree
with minister Tharoor's proposition that the Delhi girl’s name should be revealed.
A gallantry award can be instituted in her name to honor one
among all women who fight against sexual abuses.
