Women's Code Bill-an insult to Nature

Old age makes one sans sense. Seemingly this is applicable to chairman of the 12-member committee who submitted the Draft Bill recommending provisions for imprisonment for fathering a third child. The Commission on Rights and Welfare of Women and Children felt that nothing less than a fine of Rs 10,000 or three months simple imprisonment deserved to be slapped on the expectant father of a third child. And if the third child is not on the understanding of the father?
I thank the committee for not recommending to implement the bill with retrospective effect, otherwise the own flesh and blood of a few members of the committee also would be imprisoned for violating the provision.

I am against the Christian clergies favouring more children, likewise some Malappuram friends procreating profusely. However the provisions of the draft bill are draconic. Restrictions on the number of children as enunciated by the Bill is a direct insult to natural laws in general and gender equality in particular.
