"Tatvamasi", writer should not be so cruel

Writer, speaker, social critic, Dr. Sukumar Azhikode is apparently concerned about media coverage given to politicians of late. While covering Rauf's enunciation, Kunhalikutty channel show, R B Pillai’s Anwarsseri model showdown at Kottarakkara, Azhikode has received little attention from lens men. This is why he filed a defamation case against cine star Mohanlal. Azhikode alleges that the actor called him a mentally unstable person. Azhikode then served a legal notice to Mohanlal, asking him to apologize or face legal action. Nevertheless the actor has not issued a legal notice to Azhikode for he being called "kankalam" by the latter.

Azhikode’s aversion to Mohanlal is notorious as Lal out rightly refused demand of Azhikode asking Lal to do something and not do something else. When many celebrities endorse the sale of gold and liquor Azhikode targeting Lal is doubtful. Why Azhikode cannot ask Mammootty to do something suited to his wish? Azhikode would never direct Mammootty as Mammootty is the CPM official faction favourite. He therefore, maintains a special ilk to Mammootty . Mohanlal-Azhikode case is unlikely to yield good result other than a little inappropriate media coverage. Counsels for both parties might make a good buck by extending the case of ten or twenty years.

"Tatvamasi", writer should not be so cruel to one of the most famous actors of the country and recipient of several national awards.
