Really a different Balan!

Quite curious to hear the Kerala state electricity Minister A K Balan announcing that Kerala has become a self sufficient state in electricity distribution. Probably scheme of Balan to replace all incandescent lamps by CFLs and all CFLs issued by KSEB damaged by this time may be the reason of Balan’s auto sufficiency. CFL revolution is a scam and is to be probed.

Balan adds load shedding, voltage problems and increase tariff do not apply now, and recently KSEB had decided to avoid 10 rupees per month for electricity meter charge.
