Corruption everywhere

The ministers are clean but bureaucrats are the corrupt, is not an acceptable perception because the corrupt ministers tempt bureaucrats to indulge in corruption. Corruption is a threat for our society and all steps taken to contain corruption went nowhere. The deep rooted corruption spreads its tentacles to unanticipated areas of the society. For instance take the case of lecturer post approving bureaucrats in various universities in Kerala and elsewhere. For long these offices were corruption free, nevertheless they started asking money from colleges and candidates for the posts to be got approved. While the candidates spend several lakh for being get appointed the contention of these bureaucrats is that why candidates could not pay an additional one lakh for getting the post approved.

The ordinary people, therefore, should determine to disallow corruption. We must vow not to bribe the ministers and administrators to get the job done. The governments of Centre and State should take immediate action to end corruption at least in its offices. Let the young generation breathe in fresh air free from the pollution of corruption.
