Political corruption

#Political corruption
The recent order by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thalassery, rejecting the plea for bail filed by P.P. Divya in the case of Naveen Babu's death, sheds light on the incompetence and complicity of political authorities that govern our state.

It is a glaring reminder of how the legislature and police, institutions that are supposed to safeguard justice, have repeatedly failed in their duties. This failure reflects a deeper rot in the political apparatus, where power is wielded not for the protection of the common man, but for shielding the privileged and their wrongdoings.

When the political authority becomes a tool of oppression rather than a vehicle of justice, the people are left with no choice but to place their hopes in an independent judiciary. In this case, the court has restored some of that faith, standing firm against political pressures and ensuring that justice is not buried under layers of corruption.

it is to be stated that those in power have systematically undermined the rule of law, using their influence to manipulate law enforcement agencies and distort the truth. The blatant failures of the police and legislature highlight how deeply entrenched political corruption has become.
