Online fraud

#Online fraud.
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the alarming rise of cybercrime, particularly online money fraud, in our country. Recent incidents, such as the fake advertisement on Facebook impersonating Reliance Jio, where unsuspecting individuals were deceived into sending money for non-existent services.

This  highlights the urgent need for more effective measures to combat such crimes. The lack of a robust mechanism to address these issues exacerbates the situation, leaving victims without adequate recourse.

Furthermore, the cumbersome process of lodging complaints with cyber police adds to the distress of affected individuals. The insistence on using a specific complaint form, accessible only through a convoluted website interface, creates unnecessary barriers for victims seeking justice. It is disheartening to hear accounts of individuals spending hours attempting to file complaints, only to face further frustration and disappointment.

As a community, we must demand streamlined procedures and greater accessibility to ensure that victims of cyber fraud receive the support and action they deserve.
