Rulers who are obligated to protect the law have become lawbreakers.

While the mayor makes stupid outbursts in public, her MLA husband, who is likely to respond in public, seems to run away. The bus driver is also missing. It is surprising that the memory cards of the installed video cameras have not yet been found.
