After his ‘cattle class’ joke Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Shashi Tharoor started cracking jokes again. This time after meeting ailing Karunakaran who was in a critical condition on just the other day, Tharoor said that Karunakaran spoke to him about Jawaharlal Nehru and on National and international issues. He asked Tharoor to install a TV in his ICU for watching live cricket! Is ICU a place for watching live cricket?
