Murder of policeman

Protest against brutality is right but murdering a policeman who is doing his duty is wide of the mark. Probably the protesters were lead by mob psychology and were misguided by someone who snooped into the crowd. The policeman’s tragic death is a lesson to all and steps should be taken to avert future recurrence. The family of the cop should be protected and sum of rupees 10 lakh declared now for the family is inadequate.

And before making further arrests in this respect the police should scan all videos related to the incident and identify the persons who beat up the cop to death. The criminals should not go unpunished.  

The gang rape of the girl is a heinous crime but to get justice for one crime one should never commit another crime. Human life is precious whether it is that of the hapless victim of the gang rape or of  the honest cop who sacrificed his life.
