Politics in Kerala has always been a theatre of intrigues and alliances, and the recent developments have only added more twists to the plot. The rift between former Chief Minister Karunakaran and his son Muraleedharan, appearing as enemies towards the end of Karunakaran's life, has captivated public attention. Similarly, the Balakrishna Pillai-Ganesh Kumar feud has kept the political landscape buzzing with drama and speculation.
Moreover, the alliances and loyalties in Kerala politics seem to be constantly shifting. Thushar Vellappally aligns with the BJP while his father, Natesan, maintains loyalty towards the CPM. In a surprising turn of events Congress leader AK Antony's son becomes a Lok Sabha candidate for the BJP. This mean the dynamics of politics are ever-changing. The clashes between siblings, such as Muraleedharan and Padmaja Venugopal, only add to the intrigue. Padmaja asserts that Muraleedharan has no right to criticize her in joining BJP. All are seemingly for political gains.
