It is of bad precedence to see ‘Total 4 U scam’ prime accused Sabarinath on the front page of NIE. This fellow is out and out a cheat who looted several crores in collusion with some bigwigs in Kerala politics. Fugitive life of this guy for over three years was gone off in connivance with his political god fathers for which our investigating agencies were mute spectators. Presumably this guy had received continuous messages from persons in Kerala who shared part of the money he looted.
A fraud with as many as 34 cases registered against and who swindled money in tune with Rs 200 is a fit person for severe imprisonment. The news item about him should be put in some remote corners of our esteemed daily. The front page of the daily should be reserved for some good news.
