The ‘demolition man’ surprised everyone, especially the CPM cadres in Kerala. Alphons Kannanthanam, former IAS bureaucrat and Marxist MLA, who has refused the CPM offer to contest again to Kerala Assembly, has joined the BJP. And in the joining ceremony Kannanthanam is seen more saffron coloured than BJP National President Nitin Gadkari. He has been included in the national executive committee.
However, Gadkari and company should be more watchful as quitting is the style of this demolition man. He quit IAS, quit MLA post, and quit the Marxist candidature. And his views on rural development is not rewarded he will quit BJP too!

Gadkari has a somewhat different perspective. Not sure what all his new policies will turn out to be if he gets to power.
