No backing for juvenile criminal.
The police force is to be congratulated for the immediate arrest of the boy who killed his classmate Legin Varghese of St George Higher Secondary School, Muttar. Personal enmity is said to be the reason for the murder and the police has done their job honestly.
However, this sort of candidness could not seen behind the inquiry about the brutal killing of T P Chandrasekharan of Onchiyam. May be of political backing, though evidences are more, the police are seen not swift enough to arrest the criminals. The juvenile criminal lacked this backing.
