Magic course at Kerala University

It is highly interesting to see that Kerala University is to conduct magic courses as it has recognized courses conducted by the Magic Academy. In the initial stage, a 100-hour certificate course and a diploma course having 200 learning hours will be conducted.
When everything under the University, such as entrance examination, appointment of assistants, valuation, revaluation, results etc is part of pure magic what is the need for a separate magic course? The syllabus of the course namely the record of magic, science of magic, showmanship, close-up magic, trickery magic etc can be prepared by a close reading of the history of Kerala University.
