Unpleasant CPM

Communist Party of India (M) in Kerala is seen quite unpleasant with the investigation of the murder of Marxist Party leader T P Chandrasekharan. The abuses hurled by CPM state secretary Pinrayi Vijayan towards Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan point in this direction. Even when framing charges it is customary to call the opponent with a ‘shri’ nevertheless the CPM secretary botched to add this word when calling Home Minsiter as “Radhakrishna’. This is in resonance with his old gesture of calling Mathrubhumi Chief Editor “edo Goplakrishna”.

I wonder how long this party is going to survive with this sort of forewarning gestures when common people are apprehensive about the dreadful acts of the party of late. The Kerala Police returning empty handed without making any enquiry at Thalassery area committee office of the CPM because of protest from party cadres,  is a disgrace to the police and the Home department. If incapable of doing search in hide outs of criminals never attempt to perform such adventures instead call the central force to do the same. The area inaccessible to State Police within the State is an ignominy to the ruling front.

The CPM launching offensive agitations as a technique to divert the attention from their past and present crimes would invite more people saying good-bye to the party.
