When I read your first sentence that spirit is exempted from tax I started dressing to go to nearest shop to buy two bottles. But then I read the second sentence and fainted. Of the doctor neighbor was called and after hearing the reason he went home and brought a full bottle and poured the contents on my face and i woke. Please don't mislead thirsty people like me.
