Before the no win-no loose comic debate by T M Thomas Isaac and V D Satheesan I was of firm belief that it was Isaac and his party smeared in lottery sludge. And after the debate I convinced that the Congress too is a party in sharing the money looted by lottery mafia from common people. Santiyago Martin is a disreputable one but Manikumar Subba is a new name to me.
